Outer Molding Replacement (cont'd)

5. Remove the screw, and remove the outer front

molding by sliding it forward as shown.

NOTE: Before removing the outer molding, scribe a

line across the stabilizer position to show the original

position.

6. Remove the clips and stabilizers from the door

panel.

NOTE: If necessary, replace any damaged clips and

stabilizers.
Installation:

1. Assemble the front and rear molding.

2. Attach the clips and stabilizers to the outer molding.

Before installing the weatherstrip, apply clear sealant

to the location

Sealant: Cemedine #8500, or equivalent

If necessary, replace any damaged clips.
