Glasse s gaskets

DISMOUNTIN

Dismount the windscreen and hatchback
glass, together with the gasket by pushing from
the inside of the vehicle. If reused, the glass gasket shall be c leaned
or replaced with a new one.
R EMOU NT I NG
Place the gasket (6) all around the glass (5).
Apply in the gasket channelin the contact area
with carriage body a cord of sealaling material
Ro mtix 1502 P 3 mm di ameter. Int roduce a
cotton cord (8) of 3 – 4 mm diameter has been
previously introduced, leaving at the ends (7)
about 20 mm of cord, and between the ends,
the distance shall be not more than 10 mm. ATTENT ION:
Check if the gasket draining holes are
pierced.

Inside wipers

Dismount :
- opening handle;
- window regulator crank;
- inside door opening mechanism;
- panel attachment screws.
Remove the inside wiper.

Perform the dismounting operations in the reverse order.

Lower the window in the minimum position.
Dismount the outside wiper (1), by detaching it from the clips (2).
REMOU NT I NG
Perform in the reverse order the dismounting operation.

-front door panel (s ee chapter 72);
- front door deflective panel;
- inner and outside wiper;
- front glass (s ee chapter 54 );
- front door glass run channel;
- exterior mirror (s ee chapter 56).

Perform the dismounting operation in the reverse order.

Rear door glass run channel
DISMOUNTIN G
Dismount :
-r ear door panel (s ee chapter 72);
-r ead door deflective panel;
-r ear gl ass( s ee chapter 54 );
- guide run channel ( 1);
-r ear door glass run channel (2);
- glass guide (3);
-f ix glass together with gasket.
Release t he fix glass gasket (4).
REMOU NT I NG
Perform the dismounting operations in the reverse order.

DISMOUNTING
Dismount :
- dashboard upper part (see chapter 57 );
- front door sealing gasket in the contact area with the front pillar tri m;
- trim attachment screw (2) on the side fra me lining.
Upper front pillar trim
Detach from clips the upper front pillar trim (1) and release it.
REMOUNTING
Perform the dismounting operations in the reverse order.
The screw tightening moment is of 0,12 daNm.

Middle pillar trim
DISMOUNTING
Move the front seat to e nable opera tor
access to the front pillar. Dismount:
- partially the front/re ar door ga skets
(in the contact are as with middle pi llar tri m);
- attachment screws (2) and (5) of the
front belt on the middle pillar at upper part,
consequently, at lower part;
- attachment screws (3) and (4) of the
middle pillar tri m on the side frame lining.
Release the middle pillar tri m (1).
REMOUNTING
Perform the dismounting ope rations in
the reverse order.
The tightening moment of the be lt attach-
ment screws is of 2,7 daNm, and the one of
the attachment screws of the middle pillar
trim is of 0,12 daNm.

Rear quarter panel trim
DISMOUNTING
Dismount:
- rear quart er panel ornament;
- partially the rear door sealing gasket in the contact area with the rear quarter panel
trim; - rear table;
- table support ( see chapter 74);
- attachment screw (2) of the rear belt on the upper pa rt;
- attachment screws (4) and (5) of the rear quart er pa nel trim to t he side frame l ining.
Detach from clips the rear quarter pa nel trim (1).
REMOUNTING
Perform the dismounting operations in the reverse order.
The tightening moment of the belt attachment screw is of 2,7 daNm.

DISMOUNTING
Detach from clips the ceiling lamp and disconnect it (
see chapter 81);
Di smount:
- turn handles (see chapter 58);
- sun visors (see chapter 58 );
- upper front pillar t rims;
- volumetric sensors (for vehicles provided with alarm);
- middle pillar tri ms;
- rear quart er panel trims.
Detach from clips the roof lining (1).
REMOUNTING
Perform the dismounting operations in the reverse order.
