1.CHECK FUNCTION
With CONSULT-III
Check door request switch “BD/TR REQ SW” in “Data Monitor” mode.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> Door request switch is OK.
NO >> Refer to DLK-322, "

1.CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT INPUT SIGNAL
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Check voltage between Intelligent Key unit harness connector
and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 6.
NO >> GO TO 2.
2.CHECK TRUNK REQUEST SWITCH CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect Intelligent Key unit and trunk request switch.
Monitor item Condition

Door request switch is released :OFF

terminal 29 and trunk request switch connector (B) B67 terminal

3. Check continuity between Intelligent Key unit connector (A) M52
terminal 29 and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 3.
NO >> Repair or replace harness between Intelligent Key unit and trunk request switch.
3.CHECK TRUNK REQUEST SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between trunk request switch connector and
ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 4.
NO >> Repair or replace trunk request switch ground circuit.
4.CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT OUTPUT SIGNAL
1. Connect Intelligent Key unit connector.
2. Check voltage between Intelligent Key unit connector and
ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 5.
NO >> GO TO 6.
5.CHECK TRUNK REQUEST SWITCH
Check trunk request switch.
Refer to DLK-324, "
Component Inspection".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 6.
NO >> Replace back trunk request switch. Refer to XX-XX, "*****"

6.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

and back door opener switch connector (B) D408 terminal 1.
3. Check continuity between BCM connector (A) M18 terminal 5 and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 3
NO >> Repair harness or connector.
3.CHECK BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between back door opener switch connector and
ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 4
NO >> Repair or replace harness.
4.CHECK BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH
Refer to DLK-327, "
Component Inspection".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 5
NO >> Replace back door opener switch.

1. Use CONSULT-III to perform Active Test "DOOR LOCK".
2. Touch “ALL LOCK” or “ALL UNLOCK” to check that it works normally.

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

NO >> GO TO 3.
2.CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR HARNESS
1. Disconnect BCM and front door lock actuator (driver side).
