PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Direction indicators (1) Coloured bulbs must be re-
placed with bulbs of identical
s p e c i fi c a t i o n a n d c o l o u r .
Turn the bulb holder A to the left
and remove it.
Pull the bulb and change it.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order. Access to the bulbs on the left-hand
side
When you change a bulb on the left-
h a n d s i d e , r e m o v e t h e r e l a y b o x fi x i n g
nut
B a n d m o v e t h e r e l a y b o x t o w a r d s
the rear. Access to the bulbs on
the right-hand side
When you change a bulb on the right-
hand side:
Remove the screenwash reservoir
fi x i n g C and move the reservoir to-
wards the rear.
R e m o v e t h e c o o l a n t r e s e r v o i r fi x i n g
nut D .
Remove the clip E and raise the re-
servoir moving it towards the front.

Changing sidelamp bulbs (3)
Unscrew the cover H .
Disconnect the connector.
Turn the bulb holder I a quarter of a
turn and remove it.
Pull the bulb and change it.

reverse order.
Unscrew the cover F .
Disconnect the connector.
Turn the bulb G to the left and re-
move it.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order.
Changing dipped beam headlamp
bulbs (2)
Changing main beam headlamp
bulbs (4)
Unscrew the cover J .
Disconnect the connector.
Move aside the spring K to release
the bulb and remove it.

Push the repeater A towards the
rear and detach it.
Unclip the repeater.
Disconnect the repeater connector
and change the repeater.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order.
To obtain repeaters, contact a PEUGEOT
dealer.
Changing integrated direction
indicator side repeaters
Remove the protective cover B by
pulling it towards the front.
Changing foglamp bulbs (5)
Remove the three screws C then
pull the lamp holder towards you.
Disconnect the connector D .
Turn the bulb E to the left and re-
move it.

direction indicator bulbs
These two bulbs are changed from out-
side with the tailgate open:
Open the tailgate (refer to the
"Access" section),
R e m o v e t h e t w o l a m p fi x i n g b o l t s A ,
E x t r a c t t h e l a m p u n i t f r o m o u t s i d e ,
Turn the pin C to the left and remove it.
Pull the bulb D out and change it.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order.
Turn the pin B to the left and remove it.
Pull the bulb out and change it. W h e n r e fi t t i n g t h e l a m p u n i t , a l i g n t h e
two pins
E with the openings on the ve-
hicle.
Amber coloured bulbs, such as
the direction indicators, must be
replaced with bulbs of identical
s p e c i fi c a t i o n a n d c o l o u r .
Changing the third brake lamp
(LEDs)
All work on the LED lamps must be car-
ried out by a PEUGEOT dealer.

Changing reversing lamp bulbs
Open the tailgate (refer to the
"Access" section),
From the inside of the tailgate, in-
sert a screwdriver in the opening on
the cover A to use it as a lever to
open the cover. Changing number plate lamp bulbs
Open the tailgate (refer to the
"Access" section) to gain access to
the number plate lamps D ,
Remove the lamp unit D while
pressing it to the left.
Turn the pin B to the left and remove it.
Pull the bulb C out and change it.

reverse order.
Insert a thin screwdriver in the open-
ing on the lens to press the tab E .
Remove the lens.
Pull the bulb out and change it.

Changing foglamp bulbs
Open the tailgate and the lower tail-
gate (refer to the "Access" section)
and fold down the cover A .
Remove the 4 clips B using a screw-
driver to detach the lamp cover.
Remove the bolts C and remove the
lamp unit.
Turn the pin and bulb assembly D to
the left.
Remove the bulb.

W h e n r e fi t t i n g t h e l a m p u n i t , a l i g n
the clips E with the openings on the
bodywork.

CHANGING A FUSE CHANGING Changing a fuse
Before changing a fuse, the cause of
t h e f a i l u r e m u s t b e i d e n t i fi e d a n d r e c t i -
fi e d .
Identify the faulty fuse by checking
t h e c o n d i t i o n o f i t s fi l a m e n t .
Access to the tools
T h e e x t r a c t i o n t w e e z e r i s i n s t a l l e d i n
t h e e n g i n e c o m p a r t m e n t f u s e b o x .
To gain access to it:
Open the bonnet (refer to the
"Access" section),
Press on the hook A and release
the catch,
Remove the cover completely,
R e m o v e t h e t w e e z e r B . Correct Incorrect
U s e t h e s p e c i a l t w e e z e r t o e x t r a c t
the fuse from its location.
Always replace the faulty fuse with
a fuse of the same rating.
Check that the number etched on
t h e b o x , t h e r a t i n g e t c h e d o n t h e t o p
of the fuse and the tables below all
agree.
The spare fuses are located on
the engine compartment fuse-
b o x c o v e r . Your vehicle’s electrical sys-
tem is designed to operate with
standard or optional equipment.
Before installing other electrical
equipment or accessories in your
vehicle, contact a PEUGEOT
dealer.
PEUGEOT will not accept re-
sponsibility for the cost incurred in
repairing your vehicle or for rec-
tifying the malfunctions resulting
from the installation of accesso-
ries not supplied and not recom-
mended by PEUGEOT and not
installed in accordance with its in-
structions, in particular when the
consumption of all of the addition-
a l e q u i p m e n t c o n n e c t e d e x c e e d s
10 milliamperes.

Access to the fuses
O p e n t h e g l o v e b o x ,
Push the two opening guides A in-
w a r d s t o p a s s t h e fi r s t n o t c h ,
Remove the retaining tab B pulling
it outwards,
Support the cover and tilt it down-
wards,
Change the fuse (refer to the cor-
responding paragraph).

Access to the fuses

Access to the fuses
