Dipped beam
Lift up the pegs A to remove the
cover on the headlamp.
Remove the protective cap C .
Disconnect the connector by
pressing it between the thumb
a n d i n d e x fi n g e r .
Free the bulb from its two metal
clamps.
Take out the bulb.
R e p l a c e t h e b u l b , e x e r t i n g a
s l i g h t a x i a l f o r c e .
R e fi t t h e c o n n e c t o r , u n t i l i t i s a l l
the way in.
R e fi t t h e p r o t e c t i v e c a p C .
R e fi t t h e c o v e r a n d fi x i t i n p l a c e
using the pegs A . Directional lamp
Lift up the pegs A to remove the
cover on the headlamp.
Remove the protective cap D .
Disconnect the connector by
pressing it between the thumb
a n d i n d e x fi n g e r .
Free the bulb from its two metal
clamps.
Take out the bulb.
R e p l a c e t h e b u l b , e x e r t i n g a
s l i g h t a x i a l f o r c e .
R e fi t t h e c o n n e c t o r , u n t i l i t i s a l l
the way in.
R e fi t t h e p r o t e c t i v e c a p D .
R e fi t t h e c o v e r a n d fi x i t i n p l a c e
using the pegs A . Direction indicators
R e m o v e t h e fi x i n g s c r e w o f c o v e r
A u s i n g a t o r x t o o l , t i p t h e c o v e r
over and remove.
R e m o v e t h e fi x i n g s c r e w o f
lamp B u s i n g a t o r x t o o l a n d p u l l
the headlamp unit to remove it
from the bumper.
Detach the bulb C by pressing
on bars 1 and 2 .
Disconnect the connector (pull
whilst pressing on the grey
t o n g u e u s i n g a fl a t s c r e w d r i v e r ) .
Replace the bulb.
R e fi t t h e c o n n e c t o r ( p u s h t h e
grey tongue in well).
R e fi t t h e h e a d l a m p u n i t i n t h e
bumper.
Screw the headlamp unit in.
Position the cover using its
guides and screw in.
Bulbs: HP24 W

Front foglamp
R e m o v e t h e fi x i n g s c r e w o f c o v e r
A u s i n g a t o r x t o o l , t i p t h e c o v e r
over and remove.
R e m o v e t h e fi x i n g s c r e w o f
lamp B u s i n g a t o r x t o o l a n d p u l l
the headlamp unit to remove it
from the bumper. The side repeater is sealed.
If the bulb is faulty, replace the side
repeater.
Consult a CITROËN dealer.
Side repeaters
Disconnect the connector D .
Remove the bulb by performing
a quarter of a turn.
Replace the bulb.
R e fi t t h e c o n n e c t o r D .
R e fi t t h e h e a d l a m p u n i t i n t h e
bumper.
Screw the headlamp unit in.
Position the cover using its
guides and screw in.
Bulbs: H8
W h e n r e fi t t i n g , t a k e c a r e n o t t o
trap the electrical cables.

Rear lamps (Saloon)
Identify the failed bulb.
1. Stop-lamps and sidelamps:
P21 W/5 W
2. Sidelamps: R5 W
3. Reversing lamp: H 21 W
4. Foglamps: H 21 W
5. Direction indicators: P21 W
Open the boot.
U s i n g a fl a t s c r e w d r i v e r , r e m o v e
t h e 3 c l i p s w h i c h fi x t h e t r i m i n
the lamp area.
Partially remove the trim F .
Disconnect the connector G .
Boot-mounted lamps
Detach the bulb holder H .
Replace the bulb.
R e fi t t h e b u l b h o l d e r H .
R e fi t t h e c o n n e c t o r G .
R e p l a c e a n d fi x t h e t r i m F with its
clips.
In some climatic conditions,
mist may appear on the
headlamp/indicator lenses.
This is normal and will disappear
(e.g. after the lamps have been on
for a few minutes).
If it does not, contact a CITROËN
dealer.

Remove the lateral boot trim
fl a p A . To do so, pull it towards
the inside of the boot, then pull it
upwards.
Disconnect connector B .
U n s c r e w t h e 2 fi x i n g s C .
Remove the lamp from its housing.
Detach the bulb holder D .
Replace the bulb.
R e fi t t h e b u l b h o l d e r D .
Place the lamp in its housing.

Number plate lamps (W 5 W)
Insert a thin screwdriver into one
o f t h e e x t e r n a l h o l e s o f t h e l e n s .
Push it outwards to unclip it. Third brake lamp
(diodes)
For the replacement of this type of
diode lamp, contact a CITROËN
dealer.
Remove the lens.
Change the faulty bulb.

the roof lamp to reach the bulb.

of the affected map reading lamp. Boot lamp

CHANGING A FUSE
Procedure for replacing a faulty fuse
with a new fuse to rectify a failure of
the corresponding function.
T h e 2 f u s e b o x e s a r e l o c a t e d b e l o w
the dashboard and under the bonnet.
Replacing a fuse
Before replacing a fuse, you should
ascertain the cause of the fault and
have it remedied. the numbers of the
f u s e s a r e i n d i c a t e d o n t h e f u s e b o x .
Replace the fuse that has blown
with one of the same rating (same
colour).
Use the special pliers 1 placed on
t h e fl a p c l o s e t o t h e f u s e b o x e s . T h e
fl a p a l s o h a s s p a r e f u s e s a v a i l a b l e .
