5. Replace the related harness.

[VB-SHORT] B1183LH seat belt buckle pre-tensioner circuit is
shorted to a power supply circuit.
PRE-TEN2 FRONT LH [GND-SHORT] B1184
LH seat belt buckle pre-tensioner circuit is
shorted to ground.
