Component parts Description
Automatic drive positioner control unit Door mirror is supplied with power after receiving the input of mirror
switch and changeover switch.
Door mirror re mote control
switch Mirror switch
It transmits mirror face adjust operation to automatic drive positioner
control unit.
Changeover switch It transmits the LH/RH control of door mirror that supplies power to au-
tomatic drive positioner control unit.
Open/close switch Power is supplied to folding mirro
r from door mirror remote control
switch when operating switch.
Door mirror It makes mirror face operate from side to side and up and down via in-
tegrated motor.

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect door mirror remote control switch connector.
3. Check continuity between door mirro r remote control switch terminals.

YES >> INSPECTION END
NO >> Replace door mirror remote control switch.

1.CHECK DOOR MIRROR (MANUAL FUNCTION)
Check door mirror function with door mirror remote control switch.
Refer to ADP-126, "
DOOR MIRROR : Diagnosis Procedure".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 2.
NO >> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK DTC
Check DTC for TCM.
Refer to TM-78, "
DTC Index".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 3.
NO >> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES >> Check intermittent incident. Refer to GI-40, "Intermittent Incident".
NO >> GO TO 1.

REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument lower panel LH. Refer to IP-14, "Removal and Installation".
2. Remove the screws (A).
3. Remove the door mirror remote control switch (1) from instrument lower panel LH (2).
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Power window main switch Directly controls all power window motor of all doors.
Controls anti-pinch operation of power window.
Front power window switch
(passenger side) Controls anti-pinch operation of power window.
Controls power window motor of passenger door.
Rear power window switch Controls anti-pinch operation of power window.
Controls power window motor of rear right and left doors.
Power window motor Integrates the ENCODER and WINDOW MOTOR.
Starts operating with signals from each power window switch.
Transmits power window motor rotation as a pulse signal to power window switch.
Remote keyless entry receiver Receives lock/unlock signal from the intelligent key, and then transmits to BCM.
Front door lock assembly (door key cyl-
inder switch) Transmits operation condition of door key cylinder switch to power window main switch.
Front door switch (driver side/passen-
ger side) Front door open/close condition and transmits to BCM.
