The installation of an RF-transmitter system in your vehicle could affect electronic sys-
tems such as:
●Multiport fuel injection system/seque ntial multiport fuel injection system
●Dynamic radar cruise control with full-speed range system
●Dynamic radar cruise control system
●Cruise control system
●Anti-lock brake system
●Vehicle dynamics integrated management
●SRS airbag system
●Seat belt pretensioner system
Be sure to check with any authorized Lexus re tailer or Lexus authorized repairer, or any
reliable repairer for precautionary measures or special instructions regarding installation
of an RF-transmitter system.
Further information regarding frequency ba nds, power levels, antenna positions and
installation provisions for the installation of RF-transmitters, is available on request at any
authorized Lexus retailer or Lexus author ized repairer, or any reliable repairer.
The SRS airbag and seat belt pretensioner devices in your Lexus contain explosive
chemicals. If the vehicle is scrapped with th e airbags and seat belt pretensioners left as
they are, this may cause an accident such as fire. Be sure to have the systems of the SRS
airbag and seat belt pretensioner removed and disposed of by a qualified service shop or
by any authorized Lexus retailer or Lexus au thorized repairer, or any reliable repairer
before you scrap your vehicle.

Scrapping of your Lexus
Your vehicle contains batteries and/or accumulators. Do not discard them into the
environment but cooperate with separate collection
(Directive 2006/66/EC).

Warning lights inform the driver of malfunctions in the indicated vehicle s ystems.

: These lights turn on when the engine switch is turned to IG NITION ON mode to
indicate that a system check is being performed. They will turn off after the engine is
started, or after a few seconds. There may be a malfunction in a system if a light does
not come on, or turn off. Have the vehicle inspected by any authorized Lexus retailer
or Lexus authorized repairer, or any reliable repairer.

Engine coolant temperature gauge
Displays the engine coolant temperature
Tachometer
Displays the engine speed in revolutions per minute
Outside temperature
Displays the outside temperature within the range of -40 C (-40 F) to 50 C
(122 F). Low outside temperature indicator comes on when the ambient temperature
is 3 C (37 F) or lower.
Clock
Time displayed is linked to the anal og clock on the instrument panel. (P. 429)

Displays the quantity of fuel remaining in the tank
Multi-information display
Presents the driver with a variety of driving-related data ( P. 121)

Odometer:
Displays the total distance the vehicle has been driven
Trip meter:
Displays the distance the vehicle has been driven since the meter was last reset. Trip

Multi-information display
Presents the driver with a variety of vehicle data ( P. 129)
Displays warning messages in case of a malfunction (P. 524)
Fuel gauge
Engine coolant temperature gauge
Displays the engine coolant temperature. If the engine coolant temperature gauge
indicator ( ) enters the red zone, a buzzer will sound and the indicator will turn red
and start flashing. Also, a warning message will be displayed.
Engine oil temperature gauge
Displays the engine oil temperature. If the engine oil temperature gauge indicator
( ) enters the red zone, the indicator will turn red and start flashing.
Outside temperature
Displays the outside temperature within the range of -40°C (-40°F) to 50°C
(122°F). Low outside temperature indicator comes on when the ambient temperature
is 3°C (37°F) or lower.

Displays the engine speed in revolutions per minute

Eco driving meter
Displays the vehicle acceleration. The more rapidly the vehicle is accelerated, the
lower the number of blue segments displayed, indicating that your driving is less eco-
friendly. This meter is designed as a guid eline to show the eco-friendliness of your
driving.1

selected screen cannot be re gistered, a registration failure message will be shown.

Displays the average fuel consumption since the function was reset, the
