tures: when the engine and transmission are
at normal operating temperature, oil temper-
atures ?and Aare displayed in white in the
multifunction display.
If the multifunction display shows oil temper- ature ?orA in blue, the engine or the
transmission are not yet at normal operating
temperature. Avoid using the full output of the engine during this time.
Traffic Sign Assist display X

The G-Meter shows you the forces that are exer-
ted on the driver during the journey, both later-
allya nd in the direction of travel.
The maximu mvalues are indicated in red in the
guideline system.
X Press òon the steering wheeltoo pen the

X Confirm by pressing aon the steering
wheel.
X Press the 9button repeatedly until the G-
Meter appears.
The maximu mvalues of the G-Meter are
saved.

Please respon dinaccordance wit hthe display messages and follow th eadditional note sinthis
Owner' sManual.
Wit hcertai ndisplay messages, you will also hear awarnin gtone.
You can hide th edisplay messages. The display messages are then stored in th emessag ememory.
Rectify th ecause of adisplay messag eassoonasp ossible.

The multifunction display hide sthe display message.
High-priorit ydisplay messages are shown in red in th emultifunction display. Some high-priority
display messages canno tbehidden.
The multifunction display shows these messages continuously until th ecauses fo rthe messages
hav ebeenr emedied.

For example, the on-board voltage may be insufficient.

The brake system continues to function normally, but without the
functions listed above. The wheels could therefore lock if you brake
hard, for example.
The steerability and braking characteristics may be severely affected. The braking distance may increase in an emergency braking situation.
If ESP ®
is not operational, ESP ®
is unable to stabilise the vehicle.
There is an increased danger of skidding and risk of an accident.
X Drive on carefully.
Carefull ydrive on asuitable stretch of road, making slight steering
movement sataspeed above 20 km/h.
If the display message disappears, the functions mentioned above
are available again.
If the multifunction display still shows the display message: X Drive on carefully.
