on the information label of the climate control sys-
te m. The information label can be found on the
ra diator cross-member.

soon as possible. Inform a quali/ed specialist

Display messages with graphic symbols are simpli-
/ed in the Owner's Manual and may di.er from the
symbols on the displa y.
The display sh ows high-priority display messages in
re d. A warning tone will also sound for speci/c dis-
play messages.
Please act in accordance with the display mes-
sages and follow the additional no tes in this Own-
er's Manual.
Yo u can hide lo w-priority display messages using
th ea or% steering-wheel button. The dis-
play messages will be sa vedto the message mem-
or y. Re ctify the cause of a display message as
qu ickly as possible.
High-priority display message s cannotbe hidden.
The display will show these display messages per-
manently until the cause of the display message
has been recti/ed.

ing system checked at a quali/ed specialist workshop. #
Ensure that the air supply tothera diator is not impaired, e.g. by a
plastic bag that has been blown onto thegr ille. #
Monitor the coolant temp erature display on the inst rument cluster. #
Do not restart the engine until the coolant temp erature is below
120°C. If you do, the engine may be damaged. #
Drive on tothe nearest quali/ed specialist workshop. Avoid high
engine loads, e.g. driving in mountainous terrain or stop-and-go
driving.

Coolant warning lamp *The
red coolant warning lamp is on while theve hicle is on. A warning
to ne also sounds.
The coolant has exceeded thete mp erature of 120°C. The air supply to
th era diator may be impaired or the coolant le vel may be too lo w.
The engine has not been su1cient lycooled and may be damaged. &
