Direction indicators (1) Coloured bulbs must be re-
placed with bulbs of identical
s p e c i fi c a t i o n a n d c o l o u r .
Turn the bulb holder A to the left
and remove it.
Pull the bulb and change it.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order. Access to the bulbs on the left-hand
side
When you change a bulb on the left-
h a n d s i d e , r e m o v e t h e r e l a y b o x fi x i n g
nut
B a n d m o v e t h e r e l a y b o x t o w a r d s
the rear. Access to the bulbs on
the right-hand side
When you change a bulb on the right-
hand side:
Remove the screenwash reservoir
fi x i n g C and move the reservoir to-
wards the rear.
R e m o v e t h e c o o l a n t r e s e r v o i r fi x i n g
nut D .
Remove the clip E and raise the re-
servoir moving it towards the front.

Changing sidelamp bulbs (3)
Unscrew the cover H .
Disconnect the connector.
Turn the bulb holder I a quarter of a
turn and remove it.
Pull the bulb and change it.

reverse order.
Unscrew the cover F .
Disconnect the connector.
Turn the bulb G to the left and re-
move it.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order.
Changing dipped beam headlamp
bulbs (2)
Changing main beam headlamp
bulbs (4)
Unscrew the cover J .
Disconnect the connector.
Move aside the spring K to release
the bulb and remove it.

reverse order.

Push the repeater A towards the
rear and detach it.
Unclip the repeater.
Disconnect the repeater connector
and change the repeater.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order.
To obtain repeaters, contact a PEUGEOT
dealer.
Changing integrated direction
indicator side repeaters
Remove the protective cover B by
pulling it towards the front.
Changing foglamp bulbs (5)
Remove the three screws C then
pull the lamp holder towards you.
Disconnect the connector D .
Turn the bulb E to the left and re-
move it.

(W21W - 21 W). Changing brake lamp/sidelamp and
direction indicator bulbs
These two bulbs are changed from out-
side with the tailgate open:
Open the tailgate (refer to the
"Access" section),
R e m o v e t h e t w o l a m p fi x i n g b o l t s A ,
E x t r a c t t h e l a m p u n i t f r o m o u t s i d e ,
Turn the pin C to the left and remove it.
Pull the bulb D out and change it.
T o r e fi t , c a r r y o u t t h e s e o p e r a t i o n s i n
reverse order.
Turn the pin B to the left and remove it.
Pull the bulb out and change it. W h e n r e fi t t i n g t h e l a m p u n i t , a l i g n t h e
two pins
E with the openings on the ve-
hicle.
Amber coloured bulbs, such as
the direction indicators, must be
replaced with bulbs of identical
s p e c i fi c a t i o n a n d c o l o u r .
Changing the third brake lamp
(LEDs)
All work on the LED lamps must be car-
ried out by a PEUGEOT dealer.

Changing reversing lamp bulbs
Open the tailgate (refer to the
"Access" section),
From the inside of the tailgate, in-
sert a screwdriver in the opening on
the cover A to use it as a lever to
open the cover. Changing number plate lamp bulbs
Open the tailgate (refer to the
"Access" section) to gain access to
the number plate lamps D ,
Remove the lamp unit D while
pressing it to the left.
Turn the pin B to the left and remove it.
Pull the bulb C out and change it.

reverse order.
Insert a thin screwdriver in the open-
ing on the lens to press the tab E .
Remove the lens.
Pull the bulb out and change it.

the tab F fi r s t , t h e n a l i g n t h e t a b G .

Changing foglamp bulbs
Open the tailgate and the lower tail-
gate (refer to the "Access" section)
and fold down the cover A .
Remove the 4 clips B using a screw-
driver to detach the lamp cover.
Remove the bolts C and remove the
lamp unit.
Turn the pin and bulb assembly D to
the left.
Remove the bulb.

reverse order.
W h e n r e fi t t i n g t h e l a m p u n i t , a l i g n
the clips E with the openings on the
bodywork.

CHANGING A FUSE CHANGING Changing a fuse
Before changing a fuse, the cause of
t h e f a i l u r e m u s t b e i d e n t i fi e d a n d r e c t i -
fi e d .
Identify the faulty fuse by checking
t h e c o n d i t i o n o f i t s fi l a m e n t .
Access to the tools
T h e e x t r a c t i o n t w e e z e r i s i n s t a l l e d i n
t h e e n g i n e c o m p a r t m e n t f u s e b o x .
To gain access to it:
Open the bonnet (refer to the
"Access" section),
Press on the hook A and release
the catch,
Remove the cover completely,
R e m o v e t h e t w e e z e r B . Correct Incorrect
U s e t h e s p e c i a l t w e e z e r t o e x t r a c t
the fuse from its location.
Always replace the faulty fuse with
a fuse of the same rating.
Check that the number etched on
t h e b o x , t h e r a t i n g e t c h e d o n t h e t o p
of the fuse and the tables below all
agree.
The spare fuses are located on
the engine compartment fuse-
b o x c o v e r . Your vehicle’s electrical sys-
tem is designed to operate with
standard or optional equipment.
Before installing other electrical
equipment or accessories in your
vehicle, contact a PEUGEOT
dealer.
PEUGEOT will not accept re-
sponsibility for the cost incurred in
repairing your vehicle or for rec-
tifying the malfunctions resulting
from the installation of accesso-
ries not supplied and not recom-
mended by PEUGEOT and not
installed in accordance with its in-
structions, in particular when the
consumption of all of the addition-
a l e q u i p m e n t c o n n e c t e d e x c e e d s
10 milliamperes.

d a s h b o a r d b e h i n d t h e g l o v e b o x .
Access to the fuses
O p e n t h e g l o v e b o x ,
Push the two opening guides A in-
w a r d s t o p a s s t h e fi r s t n o t c h ,
Remove the retaining tab B pulling
it outwards,
Support the cover and tilt it down-
wards,
Change the fuse (refer to the cor-
responding paragraph).

2 15 A Brake lamps, third brake lamp, built-in systems
interface.
3 10 A Rear foglamps.
4 30 A Windscreen wipers and screenwash.
5 10 A Diagnostic socket.

7 15 A Audio system, telematics, multifunction screen,
hands-free kit.
8 7.5 A Remote control key, air conditioning control unit,
instrument panel, switch panel, steering mounted
controls.
9 15 A Multifunction screen, instrument panel.
10 15 A Built-in systems interface.
11 15 A Rear wiper.
12 7.5 A Instrument panel, 4 wheel drive control unit,
air conditioning control panel, ABS control
unit, multifunction screen, automatic headlamp
adjustment, heated seats, airbag control unit,
steering wheel angle sensor, sunroof, rear screen
demisting, remote control.

Access to the fuses
O p e n t h e g l o v e b o x ,
Push the two opening guides A in-
w a r d s t o p a s s t h e fi r s t n o t c h ,
Remove the retaining tab B pulling
it outwards,
Support the cover and tilt it down-
wards,
Change the fuse (refer to the cor-

Engine compartment fuses

Access to the fuses
Open the bonnet (refer to the "Access" section),

Remove the cover completely,
