Avoid driving for long periods with the air conditioning   switched   off   (risk   of   misting a

nd   reduction   of   the   air   quality   in   the   cabin).
This action switches off all of the functions of
the  air   conditioning   system.
Thermal
  comfort   is   no   longer   controlled.  
A s

light   flow   of   air   resulting   from   the   movement  
o

f   the   vehicle,   remains   perceptible   however.
Pressing
  the   "AUTO"
 
button   again   reactivates  
t

he   system   with   the   values   set   before   it   was  
s

witched   off.
Switching the system off

utton   until   the   fan   symbol

isappears.

ress this button to stop the air
conditioning.
Air conditioning on / off
Stopping the air conditioning may cause some p roblems   (humidity,   misting).
Automatic
  operation   of   the   air   conditioning   is

esumed   when   the   button   is   pressed   again.

Front demist - defrost
These markings on the control panels indicate the control positions for rapid demisting or defrosting of the windscreen and side windows.
D uring   the   winter   period,   direct   the   side   air   vents   towards   the   side   glasses   to   optimise   their   demisting   and   defrosting.

To remove the mat on the driver's side:

Mats
When fitting the mat for the first time, on the driver's   side   use   only   the   fixings   provided   in   the  
w

allet   attached.
The
  other   mats   are   simply   placed   on   the  
c

arpet. To
  avoid   any   risk   of   jamming   of   the  
ped

als:

nly   use   mats   which   are   suited   to  
t

he   fixings   already   present   in   the  
v

ehicle;   these   fixings   must   be   used,

n
ever   fit   one   mat   on   top   of   another.
The
  use   of   mats   not   approved   by  
C

ITROËN   may   inter fere   with   access  
t

o   the   pedals   and   hinder   the   operation  
o

f   the   speed   limiter   or   ETG   electronic  
g

earbox.
To
  refit   the   mat   on   the   driver's   side:

Rear parcel shelf
To facilitate loading of the boot, the rear parcel shelf   is   fitted   to   the   tailgate.
When
  closing   the   tailgate,   check   that   nothing  
c

ould   inter fere   with   the   return   to   position   of  
t

he shelf.
Do
  not   place   heavy   loads   on   the   shelf,  
a

s   they   may   cause   the   shelf   to   unclip.
To
  remove   the   shelf:

nclip   the   two   cords,

ull   firmly   on   the   shelf   to   disengage   it   from

ts   hinges   on   the   tailgate   inner   trim.
You
  can   then   stow   the   shelf   behind   the   front
