Engine Oil – Non ACEA Categories
(3.6L Engine) We recommend you use API Certified SAE 5W-20 engine oil, meeting the requirements of
Chrysler Material Standard MS-6395.
Engine Oil – ACEA Categories (3.6L Engine) For countries that use the ACEA European Oil Categories for Service Fill Oils, we recommend you use 5W-20 engine oils that meet the requirements of ACEA C3.
Engine Oil – Non ACEA Categories
(5.7L Engine) We recommend you use API Certified SAE 5W-20 engine oil, meeting the requirements of
Chrysler Material Standard MS-6395.

Engine Oil – 3.0L Diesel Engine We recommend you use SAE 5W-30 Synthetic Low Ash Engine Oil meeting the requirements of
Chrysler Material Standard MS-11106 and approved ACEA C3.
Engine Oil Filter We recommend you use MOPAR® Engine Oil Filters.
Spark Plugs – 3.6L Engine We recommend you use MOPAR® Spark Plugs (Gap 0.043 in [1.1 mm]).
Spark Plugs – 5.7L Engine We recommend you use MOPAR® Spark Plugs (Gap 0.043 in [1.1 mm]).

At Each Stop for Fuel
•Check the engine oil level about 5 minutes
after a fully warmed engine is shut off.
Checking the oil level while the vehicle is on
level ground will improve the accuracy of the
oil level reading. Add oil only when the level
is at or below the ADD or MIN mark.
• Check the windshield washer solvent and
add if required.
Once a Month
• Check tire pressure and look for unusual
wear or damage.
• Inspect the battery and clean and tighten the
terminals as required. •
Check the fluid levels of the coolant reservoir,
brake master cylinder, power steering and
transmission (5.7L only) and add as needed.
• Check all lights and other electrical items for
correct operation.
At Each Oil Change
• Change the engine oil filter.
• Inspect the brake hoses and lines.

Failure to perform the required maintenance
