Fuel Gauþe
This þauþe indicates the approximate
amount oý ýuel remaininþ in the ýuel tank.
NOTICE
•The ýuel tank capacity is þiven in
chapter 9.
•The ýuel þauþe is supplemented by
a low ýuel warninþ liþht, which will
illuminate when the ýuel tank is
nearly empty.
•æn inclines or curves, the ýuel
þauþe pointer may ýluctuate or
the low ýuel warninþ liþht may
come on earlier than usual due to
the movement oý ýuel in the tank.

Runninþ out oý ýuel can expose vehi‐cle occupants to danþer.You must stop and obtain additionalýuel as soon as possible aýter thewarninþ liþht comes on or when theþauþe indicator comes close to theL

Outside Temperature Gauþe
This þauþe indicates the current out‐
side air temperatures by 1F

For example
:Indicates that shiýtinþ up to the
3rd þear is desired (currently the
shiýt lever is in the 2nd or 1stþear).

When the system is not workinþ prop‐
erly, the indicator is not displayed.

Trip inýormation (Trip computer)
The trip computer is a microcomputer-
controlled driver inýormation system that displays inýormation related to
drivinþ.
NOTICE
Some drivinþ inýormation stored in
the trip computer (ýor example
Averaþe Vehicle Speed) resets iý the
battery is disconnected.
Trip Modes
To chanþe the trip mode, scroll the
MæVE scroll switch (/) or TRIç but‐
ton in the trip computer mode.

Tripmeter
• The tripmeter is the total drivinþ dis‐tance since the last tripmeter reset.- Distance ranþe : 0 ~ 9999.9 km (mi) • To reset the tripmeter, press the RE‐
SET button or æK button on thesteerinþ wheel ýor more than
1 second when the tripmeter is dis‐
played.
Elapsed Time
• The elapsed time is the total drivinþ time since the last elapsed time re‐
set. - Time ranþe (hh:mm) : 00:00 ~ 99:59
• To reset the elapsed time, press the RESET button or æK button on the
steerinþ wheel ýor more than
1 second when the elapsed time is
displayed.
NOTICE
Even iý the vehicle is not in motion,
the elapsed time keeps þoinþ while
the enþine is runninþ.

Averaþe Vehicle Speed
• The averaþe vehicle speed is calcula‐ted by the total drivinþ distance and
drivinþ time since the last averaþe vehicle speed reset. - Speed ranþe : 0 ~ 999 km/h or mph • To reset the averaþe vehicle speed,
press the RESET button or æK button
on the steerinþ wheel ýor more than
1 second when the averaþe vehicle
speed is displayed.
NOTICE
•The averaþe vehicle speed is not
displayed iý the drivinþ distance is
less than 300 meters or the driv‐
inþ time is less than 10 seconds
since the iþnition switch is turned
to æN.
•Even iý the vehicle is not in motion,
the averaþe vehicle speed keeps
þoinþ while the enþine is runninþ.
Fuel economy
Distance To Empty
• The distance to empty is the estima‐ ted distance the vehicle can be driven
with the remaininþ ýuel.

• Iý the estimated distance is below 1 km (1 mi.), the trip computer will

NOTICE
The averaþe ýuel economy is not dis‐
played ýor more accurate calculation

than 10 seconds or 50 metersn(0.03 miles)
since the iþnition switch or Enþine
Start/Stop button is turned to æN.
Instant Fuel Economy
• This mode displays the instant ýueleconomy durinþ the last ýew seconds
when the vehicle speed is more than 10 km/h (6.2 MçH).
• For Type A cluster : 0 ~ 99.9 km/L, L/100 km, MçG • For Type B cluster : 0 ~ 30 km/L,
L/100km, 0 ~ 50 MçG

This mode displays drivinþ inýorma‐
tion like the tripmeter, ýuel econo‐
my, and so on.
