INTERIOR
Dual-zone digital air
conditioning
This system allows different levels of
comfort to be set for the driver and the
front passenger. It then automatically
controls these levels according to the
ambient conditions.
Automatic gearbox
This system provides perfect driving
pleasure by combining a fully automatic
mode, associated with two special pro-
grammes, and a manual mode.
Audio and communication systems
These systems benefi t from the latest
technology: MP3 compatible PEUGEOT
Connect Sound (RD5), PEUGEOT
Connect USB, Bluetooth hands-free
system, PEUGEOT Connect Naviga-
tion (RNEG) with 16/9 colour screen,
JBL audio system, auxiliary sockets.

MONOCHROME SCREEN A Controls
Displays in the screen
This displays the following information:
- time,
- date,
- ambient temperature * (this fl ashes if there is a risk of ice),
- status of the openings (doors, boot...),
- audio sources (radio, CD...),
- trip computer (refer to the corre- sponding section).
Warning messages (e.g.: "Emission
control system faulty") or information
messages (e.g.: "Boot open") may ap-
pear temporarily. These can be cleared
by pressing the "Back" button.
Main menu
 Press the "MENU" button to gain
access to the main menu , then
press the "  " or "  " buttons to
scroll through the various menus:
- radio-CD,
- vehicle confi guration,
- options,
- display settings,
- language,
- units.
 Press the "OK" button to select the
menu required.
From your
PEUGEOT Connect Sound
control panel, you can:
 press the "MENU" button to gain
access to the main menu,
 press the "  " or "  " buttons to
scroll through the items on the
screen,
 press the "MODE" button to change
the permanent application (trip com-
puter, audio source...),
 press the "  " or "  " buttons to
change a setting value,
 press the "OK" button to confi rm,
or
 press the "Back" button to abandon
the operation in progress. Radio-CD
With the
PEUGEOT Connect Sound
switched on, once the "Radio-CD"
menu has been selected you can acti-
vate or deactivate the functions linked
with use of the radio (RDS, REG) or the
CD (introscan, shuffl e, CD repeat).
For more information on the "Radio-
CD" application, refer to the PEUGEOT
Connect Sound section.

This displays the following information:

 Press the "MENU" key to access
the main menu.
 Press the arrows, then the "OK" key
to select the "Trip computer" menu.
 In the "Trip computer" menu, select
one of the following applications:
"Audio functions" menu
With the PEUGEOT Connect Sound
switched on, once this menu has been
selected you can activate or deactivate
the functions linked with use of the ra-
dio (RDS, REG, RadioText) or the CD
(introscan, shuffl e, CD repeat).
For more information on the "Audio func-
tions" application, refer to the PEUGEOT
Connect Sound section.
Enter the distance to the destination
This allows you to enter an approximate
distance value to the fi nal destination.
"Trip computer" menu
Once this menu has been selected, you
can consult information concerning the
status of the vehicle (alert log, status of
the functions...).
Alert log
This summarises the active warning
messages, displaying them succes-
sively on the multifunction screen.
Status of functions
This summarises the active or inactive
status of the functions present on the
vehicle.

16/9 COLOUR SCREEN (WITH
PEUGEOT CONNECT NAVIGATION)
Displays in the screen
This displays the following information
automatically and directly:
- time,
- date,
- altitude,
- ambient temperature (the value dis-played fl ashes if there is a risk of ice),
- openings check,
- warning and vehicle function status messages, displayed temporarily,
- audio functions,
- trip computer information,
- satellite navigation system informa- tion.
Controls
From the PEUGEOT Connect Naviga-
tion control panel, to select one of the
applications:
 press the dedicated "RADIO" ,
"MUSIC" , "NAV" , "TRAFFIC" ,
"SETUP" or "PHONE" button for
access to the corresponding menu,
 turn the navigator to move the se- lection,
 press the navigator to confi rm the selection,
or
 press the "Back" button to abandon
the current operation and return to
the previous display. For more information on these
applications, refer to the "Audio
equipment and telematics" sec-
tion or to the specifi c user guide
given to you with the other owner's
documents.

"SETUP" menu
 Press the "SETUP" button to gain
access to the "SETUP" menu. This
allows you to select from the follow-
ing functions:
- "System language",
- "Date and time",
- "Display",
- "Vehicle",
- "Units",
- "System".
System language
This menu allows you to select the lan-
guage used by the display: Deutsch,
English, Espanol, Français, Italiano,
Nederlands, Polski, Portugues, Türkçe * . Date and time
This menu allows you to set the date
and time, the format of the date and the
format of the time (refer to the "Audio
equipment and telematics" section or to
the specifi c user guide given to you with
the other owner's documents).
Display
This menu allows you to set the bright-
ness of the screen, the screen colour
scheme and the colour of the map (day/
night or auto mode).
Vehicle
This menu allows you to activate or
deactivate certain driving and comfort
equipment:
- guide-me-home lighting and duration
(refer to the "Visibility" section),
- directional headlamps (refer to the "Visibility" section).
Units
This menu allows you to select the
units: temperature (°C or °F) and fuel
consumption (km/l, l/100 or mpg).
System
This menu allows you to restore the fac-
tory confi guration, display the software
version and activate scrolling text. For safety reasons, confi guration
of the multifunction screen by the
driver must only be done when
stationary.

Illuminated glove box
This has an upper open storage com-
partment, a recess and locations for
storing a bottle of water, the vehicle's
handbook, ...
Its lid has locations for storing a pen, a pair
of spectacles, tokens, cards, a can, ...
It is fi tted with a lock.
 To open the glove box, raise the handle.
It is lit when the lid is opened.
It houses the front passenger airbag de-
activation switch A .
If the vehicle is fi tted with air condition-
ing, it provides access to the ventila-
tion nozzle B , which can be opened or
closed, distributing the same condi-
tioned air as the vents in the passenger
compartment.
12 V accessory socket
 To connect a 12 V accessory (maxi- mum power: 120 Watts), lift the cov-
er and connect a suitable adaptor.
PEUGEOT CONNECT USB
The "AUX" connection box, located in
the centre console, comprises an aux-
iliary JACK socket and/or a USB port.
It permits the connection of a portable
device, such as a digital audio player of
the iPod
® or USB memory stick type.
It reads certain audio fi le formats allow-
ing them to be heard via the vehicle's
speakers.
You can manage these fi les using the
steering mounted controls or the audio
system control panel and display them
in the multifunction screen.
Connected to the USB port, the porta-
ble device charges automatically while
in use.

tion.
Do not exceed the maximum power rat-
ing of the socket (risk of damage to your
device).
