Ñ Fixer le faisceau de fils à l ’aide d ’un collier en plasti-
que le plus à l ’arri ère possible du cadre. Couper
l ’ extr émit é exc édentaire du collier en plastique, puis
orienter l ’extr émit é coup ée du collier vers le haut. La
longueur de l ’extr émit é coup ée du collier en plastique
doit être de 5 mm (0,20 in) maximum.
Ò Ne pas pincer la durit de ventilation du carburateur
entre le bo îtier de filtre à air et le cadre.
Ó Fixer le fil du coupe-circuit du moteur à l ’aide des
colliers r éutilisables.
Ô 20 à 30 mm (0,79 à 1,18 in)
Õ Acheminer le c âble de frein devant le garde-boue
avant.
Ö Acheminer le fil du contacteur à cl é au-dessus du gui-
don.
× Acheminer le c âble de starter, le fil du coupe-circuit
du moteur et le fil du contacteur à cl é devant le sup-
port sup érieur, dans l ’ordre indiqu é, de l ’avant vers
l ’ arri ère.
Ø Acheminer le c âble des gaz derri ère le garde-boue
avant.
Ù Fixer le fil du contacteur du d émarreur à l ’aide des
colliers r éutilisables.

È Pass the brake cable through the cable guide.
É Connect the flat terminal to the ignition coil. Ê
Install both the ignition coil lead terminal and
ignition coil to the bolt hole shown in the frame,
making sure that the ignition coil lead terminal is
installed on the right side of the ignition coil.
Ë Install the ground lead terminal on the right side
of the frame using the bolt, making sure that the
crimped side of the terminal is facing to the right.
Ì Make sure that there is no slack in the AC mag-
neto lead and wire harness in the area shown in
the illustration.
Í 20 ~ 30 mm (0.79 ~ 1.18 in)

le cadre, en veillant à monter la borne du fil de la
bobine d ’allumage à droite de la bobine d ’allumage.
Ë Monter la borne du fil de terre à droite du cadre, à
l ’ aide du boulon, en veillant à orienter vers la droite
la partie sertie de la borne.
Ì Contr ôler que le fil de l ’alternateur avec rotor à
aimantation permanente est bien tendu dans la zone
indiqu ée dans l ’illustration.

SPECCABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM
ÎFasten the AC magneto lead and wire harness
at the white tape with a plastic locking tie. Cut off
the excess end of the plastic locking tie, and
then face the cut end of the tie inward. The cut
end of the plastic locking tie should be 5 mm
(0.20 in) or less.
Ï Place the cover on the starter relay, install the
cover to the frame, and then connect the starter
relay coupler. Ð
Install the wire harness so that the leads that
branch off from the wire harness are routed
downward.
Ñ Make sure that the leads that branch off from the
wire harness are routed alongside the wire har-
ness in the area shown in the illustration.

Ð Den Kabelbaum so montieren, dass die Abzwei-
gungen nach unten weisen.
Ñ Sicherstellen, dass die Kabelbaumabzweigun-
gen an der abgebildeten Stelle entlang des
Kabelbaums gef
ührt werden.

Î Fixer le fil de l ’alternateur avec rotor à aimantation
permanente et le faisceau de fils à la bande blanche à
l ’ aide d ’un collier en plastique. Couper l ’extr émit é
exc édentaire du collier en plastique, puis orienter
l ’ extr émit é coup ée vers l ’int érieur. La longueur de
l ’ extr émit é coup ée du collier en plastique doit être de
5 mm (0,20 in) maximum.
Ï Placer le couvercle sur le relais de d émarreur, monter
le couvercle sur le cadre, puis raccorder la fiche
rapide du relais de d émarreur.
Ð Monter le faisceau de fils en orientant vers le bas les
fils qui divergent du faisceau.
Ñ Veiller à acheminer les fils qui divergent du faisceau
de fils le long du faisceau de fils dans la zone indi-
qu ée dans l ’illustration.

ÒFasten the wire harness, AC magneto lead, and
starter motor lead to the frame with a plastic
locking tie at the location shown in the illustra-
tion. Cut off the excess end of the plastic locking
tie, and then face the cut end of the tie upward.
The cut end of the plastic locking tie should be
5 mm (0.20 in) or less.
Ó Gather the slack of the AC magneto lead and
starter motor lead in the area shown in the illus-
tration, and then place the slack between the air
filter case and battery. Ô
Pass the brake cable through the guides on the
front fork guard.
Õ Do not fasten the rectifier/regulator lead.
Ö Do not pinch the starter motor lead.
× Before installing the CDI unit, connect the AC
magneto lead couplers and place them under
the wire harness in the CDI unit holder.
Ø Place the cover on the CDI unit, and then install
the CDI unit in the CDI unit holder.

Kabelbaum in der Z ündbox-Halterung unterbrin-
gen.
Ø Die Abdeckung auf die Z

cement indiqu é dans l ’illustration. Couper l ’extr émit é
exc édentaire du collier en plastique, puis orienter
l ’ extr émit é coup ée du collier vers le haut. La lon-
gueur de l ’extr émit é coup ée du collier en plastique
doit être de 5 mm (0,20 in) maximum.
Ó Rassembler le mou du fil de l ’alternateur avec rotor à
aimantation permanente et du fil du d émarreur dans
la zone illustr ée, puis placer le mou entre le bo îtier de
filtre à air et la batterie.
Ô Passer le c âble de frein dans les guides de la protec-
tion de fourche.
Õ Ne pas fixer le fil du redresseur/r égulateur.
Ö Ne pas pincer le fil du d émarreur.
× Avant de monter le bo îtier CDI, raccorder les fiches
rapides du fil de l ’alternateur avec rotor à aimantation
permanente et les placer sous le faisceau de fils dans
le support du bo îtier CDI.
Ø Placer le couvercle sur le bo îtier CDI, puis monter ce
dernier dans son support.
