lApply the fluorochemical grease on the bear-
ings.
lFit the projection a on the throttle shaft
assembly into the slot b in the throttle posi-
tion sensor.
lMake sure the stopper c of the spring fits
into the recess in the carburetor.
lTurn the throttle shaft assembly left while
holding down the lever 1 5 and fit the throt-
tle stop screw tip d to the stopper e of the
throttle shaft assembly pulley.

der Feder in die Vertiefung am
Vergaser paßt.
lDie Drosselwellen-Baugruppe
nach links drehen, während der
Hebel 1 5 festgehalten wird, und
die Drosselanschlagschrauben-
spitze d an den Anschlag e der
Drosselwellen-Baugruppen-Rie-
menscheibe setzen.
9. Montieren:
lStößelstange 1
HINWEIS:
Bei eingedrücktem Hebel 1 2 die
Stößelstange so weit wie möglich in
den Vergaser setzen.
10. Montieren:

lEnsemble d’axe de papillon 1
lRondelle ordinaire (métal) 2

N.B.:
lEnduire les roulements de graisse
fluorochimipre.
lInsérer la saillie a de l’axe de
papillon dans la fente b du capteur du
papillon des gaz.
lS’assurer que la butée c du ressort
rentre dans l’encoche sur le carbura-
teur.
lTourner l’ensemble de l’axe de
papillon vers la gauche tout en
appuyant sur le levier 1 5 et adapter
l’extrémité de la vis d’arrêt de
papillon d à la butée e de la poulie
d’ensemble d’axe de papillon.
9. Installer:
lTige de commande 1
N.B.:
Tout en appuyant sur le levier 1 2, insé-
rer la tige de commande plus profondé-
ment dans le carburateur.
10. Monter:
lGicleur de starter 1
lGicleur de ralenti 2
lEntretoise 3
lPuits d’aiguille 4
lGicleur principal 58. Installare:
lGruppo albero della valvola a
farfalla 1
lRondella (metallica) 2
lRondella (resina) 3
lLeva valvola 4
NOTA:
lApplicare il grasso fluorochimico al
cuscinetto.
lInserire la sporgenza a sul gruppo
albero della valvola a farfalla nella
fessura b nel sensore di posizione
dell’acceleratore.
lAccertarsi che il fermo c della molla
alloggi nel vano nel carburatore.
lRuotare il gruppo albero della valvola
a farfalla a sinistra tenendo premuta la
leva 1 5 e far aderire la punta della
vite di arresto della valvola a farfalla
d al fermo e della puleggia del
gruppo albero della valvola a farfalla.
9. Installare:
lAsta di punteria 1
NOTA:
Tenendo premuta la leva 1 2, inserire a
fondo l’asta di punteria nel carburatore.
10. Installare:

lAfter installing the needle valve to the float,
install them to the carburetor.

lTurn in the pilot screw until it is lightly
seated.
lTurn out the pilot screw by the number of
turns recorded before removing.

NOTA:
Collegare lo sfiatatoio del carburatore al
carburatore stesso in modo tale che i
flessibili non si pieghino in prossimità
del punto in cui vengono montati.
Installazione del carburatore
