Q: Is the rear door speaker (LH) generating noise?
YES: Go to Step 15.
NO: Replace the rear door speaker (LH). The rear door speaker (LH)
should sound.
STEP 15. Check rear door speaker (LH) connector E-22 and audio
amplifier connector C-11 for loose, corroded or damaged terminals, or
terminals pushed back in the connector

Q: Are harness connectors E-22 and C-11 in good condition?
YES: Go to Step 16.
NO: Repair or replace the damaged component(s). The rear door speaker
(LH) should sound.
STEP 16. Check the wiring harness between rear door speaker (LH)
connector E-22 (terminals 1 and 2) and audio amplifier connector C-11
(terminals 2 and 10)

NOTE: Also check intermediate connector C-30 and D-22 for
loose, corroded, or damaged terminals, or terminals
pushed back in the connector. If intermediate connector
C-30 or D-22 is damaged, repair or replace the
connectors.

Q: Is the wiring harness between the rear door speaker (LH) connector E-
22 (terminals 1 and 2) and audio amplifier connector C-11 (terminals 2
and 10) in good condition?
YES: Replace the audio amplifier. The rear door speaker (LH) should
sound.
NO: Repair the wiring harness. The rear door speaker (LH) should sound.
STEP 17. Check the rear door speaker (RH)
1. Remove the rear door speaker (RH). Refer to SPEAKER

voltage is applied on the rear door speaker (RH) terminal.
