Transmission
1. Remove:
Main axle 1
Drive axle 2
Shift cam
Shift fork 3
Shift fork 2
Shift fork 1
NOTE:
Remove assembly with the collar 3 installed
to the crankcase.
Remove assembly carefully. Note the posi-
tion of each part. Pay particular attention to
the location and direction of shift forks.
Remove the main axle, drive axle, shift cam
and shift fork all together by tapping lightly on
the transmission drive axle with a soft ham-
mer.

DEMONTAGE-EINZELHEITEN
Getriebe
1. Demontieren:

HINWEIS:
Die Baugruppe mit der am Kurbel-
gehäuse montierten Distanzhülse
3 demontieren.
Die Baugruppe vorsichtig demon-
tieren. Die entsprechende Einbau-
lage sämtlicher Teile fest halten.
Der Lage und Ausrichtung der
Schaltgabeln besondere Achtung
schenken.
Eingangswelle, Ausgangswelle,
Schaltwalze und Schaltgabeln
gemeinsam ausbauen durch leich-
tes Klopfen auf die Ausgangswelle
mit einem Gummihammer.
KONTROLLE
Zahnräder
1. Kontrollieren:

gern drehen.

1. Déposer:
Arbre primaire 1
Arbre secondaire 2

N.B.:
Déposer l’ensemble avec l’entretoise
épaulée 3 montée sur le carter
moteur.
Déposer l’ensemble avec précaution.
Prendre note de la position de chaque
pièce. Bien noter la position et l’orien-
tation des fourchettes de sélection.
Déposer ensemble l’arbre primaire,
l’arbre secondaire, le tambour et la
fourchette de sélection en tapant légè-
rement sur l’arbre secondaire de la
transmission à l’aide d’un marteau en
plastique.
CONTROLE
Pignons
1. Contrôler:
Crabot d’accouplement a

NOTA:
Rimuovere il gruppo con il collarino
3 installato sul carter.
Rimuovere con cautela il gruppo.
Annotare la posizione di ogni compo-
nente. Prestare particolare attenzione
alla posizione e alla direzione delle
forcelle del cambio.
Rimuovere insieme l’asse principale,
l’asse conduttore, la camma del cam-
bio e la forcella del cambio, picchiet-
tando leggermente sull’asse
conduttore della trasmissione con un
martello morbido.
CONTROLLO
Ingranaggi
1. Controllare:
Dente d’arresto di contatto a
Denti dell’ingranaggio b
Scanalatura forcella del cambio

Usura/danni → Sostituire.
2. Controllare:
Guarnizione circolare 1
Danno → Sostituire.

Cuscinetto

Ruotare la pista interna con un

Shift fork, shift cam and segment
1. Inspect:
Shift fork 1
Wear/damage/scratches → Replace.
2. Inspect:
Shift cam 1
Segment 2
Wear/damage → Replace.
3. Check:
Shift fork movement
Unsmooth operation → Replace shift
fork.
NOTE:
For a malfunctioning shift fork, replace not only
the shift fork itself but the two gears each adja-
cent to the shift fork.

Transmission
1. Install:
5th pinion gear (24T) 1
3rd pinion gear (20T) 2
Collar 3
4th pinion gear (22T) 4
2nd pinion gear (16T) 5
To main axle 6.
NOTE:
Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
inner and end surface of the idler gear and on
the inner surface of the sliding gear, then
install.

HINWEIS:
Vor dem Einbau die Innen- und End-
flächen des Zwischenrads sowie die
Innenfläche des Losrads mit Molybd-
ändisulfidöl bestreichen. Fourchette de sélection, tambour et
segment
1. Contrôler:
Fourchette de sélection 1
Usure/endommagement/rayures
→ Remplacer.
2. Contrôler:
Tambour 1
Segment 2
Usure/endommagement → Rem-
placer.
3. Contrôler:
Mouvement des fourchettes
Mouvement irrégulier → Rem-
placer.
N.B.:
En cas de mauvais fonctionnement d’une
fourchette de sélection, remplacer non
seulement la fourchette mais aussi les
deux pignons adjacents.
ASSEMBLAGE ET MONTAGE
Boîte de vitesses
1. Monter:
Pignon de 5ème (24T) 1
Pignon de 3ème (20T) 2
Entretoise épaulée 3
Pignon de 4ème (22T) 4
Pignon de 2ème (16T) 5
Sur l’arbre primaire 6.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la surface interne et
l’extrémité du pignon fou et sur la sur-
face interne du pignon baladeur, puis
procéder au montage.Forcella del cambio, camma del cam-
bio e segmento
1. Controllare:
Forcella del cambio 1
Usura/danni/graffi → Sostituire.
2. Controllare:
Camma del cambio 1
Segmento 2
Usura/danni → Sostituire.
3. Controllare:
Movimento della forcella del
cambio
Funzionamento non uniforme →
Sostituire la forcella del cambio.
NOTA:
Se la forcella del cambio è difettosa,
sostituire non solo la forcella, ma anche i
due ingranaggi a essa adiacenti.
MONTAGGIO E INSTALLAZIONE
Trasmissione
1. Installare:
5° Pignone (24T) 1
3° Pignone (20T) 2
Collarino 3
4° Pignone (22T) 4
2° Pignone (16T) 5
Sull’asse principale 6.
NOTA:
Applicare l’olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla superficie interna e finale
dell’ingranaggio folle e sulla superficie
interna e finale dell’ingranaggio scorre-
vole, quindi installare.

2nd wheel gear (28T) 1
4th wheel gear (27T) 2
3rd wheel gear (29T) 3
5th wheel gear (25T) 4
1st wheel gear (30T) 5
O-ring 6
To drive axle 7.
NOTE:
Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
inner and end surface of the idler gear and
on the inner surface of the sliding gear, then
install.
Apply the lithium soap base grease on the O-
ring.
3. Install:
Washer 1
Circlip 2
NOTE:
Be sure the circlip sharp-edged corner a is
positioned opposite side to the washer and
gear b.
Install the circlip with its ends c settled
evenly on the spline crests.

4. Install:
Collar 1
NOTE:
Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip.
When installing the collar into the crankcase,
pay careful attention to the crankcase oil seal
lip.

Die scharfe Kante

Den Sicherungsring so einsetzen,
dass dessen Enden

ßig auf den Erhöhungen der Keil-
verzahnung ruhen.
4. Montieren:
Distanzhülse

HINWEIS:
Die Dichtringlippen mit Lithiumsei-
fenfett bestreichen.
Beim Montieren der Distanzhülse
vorsichtig vorgehen, um die Dich-
tringlippe nicht zu beschädigen. 2. Monter:

Pignon de 4ème (27T) 2
Pignon de 3ème (29T) 3
Pignon de 5ème (25T) 4
Pignon de 1ère (30T) 5
Joint torique 6
Sur l’arbre secondaire 7.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la surface interne et
l’extrémité du pignon fou et sur la sur-
face interne du pignon baladeur, puis
procéder au montage.
Appliquer de la graisse à savon de
lithium sur le joint torique.
3. Monter:
Rondelle 1
Circlip 2
N.B.:
Veiller à ce que le côté à bord vif du
circlip a soit positionné à l’opposé de
la rondelle et du pignon b.
Monter le circlip en asseyant unifor-
mément ses extrémités c sur les crê-
tes des cannelures.
4. Monter:
Entretoise épaulée 1
N.B.:
Appliquer de la graisse à savon de
lithium sur la lèvre de la bague d’étan-
chéité.
En montant l’entretoise épaulée dans
le carter moteur, faire très attention à
la lèvre de la bague d’étanchéité du
carter.2. Installare:

NOTA:
Applicare l’olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla superficie interna e finale
dell’ingranaggio folle e sulla superfi-
cie interna e finale dell’ingranaggio
scorrevole, quindi installare.
Applicare il grasso a base di sapone di
litio sulla guarnizione circolare.
3. Installare:
Rondella 1
Anello elastico di sicurezza

NOTA:
Accertarsi che lo spigolo vivo
dell’anello elastico di sicurezza a sia
posizionato sul lato opposto alla ron-
della e all’ingranaggio b.
Installare l’anello elastico di sicurezza
con le estremità c inserite uniforme-
mente sulle sommità della scanalatura.
4. Installare:
Collarino 1
NOTA:
Applicare il grasso a base di sapone di
litio sul labbro del paraolio.
Quando si installa il collarino nel car-
ter, prestare particolare attenzione al
labbro del paraolio del carter.

Shift fork 1 (L) 1
Shift fork 2 (C) 2
Shift fork 3 (R) 3
Shift cam 4
To main axle and drive axle.
NOTE:
Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
shift fork grooves.
Mesh the shift fork #1 (L) with the 4th wheel
gear 5 and #3 (R) with the 5th wheel gear 7
on the drive axle.
Mesh the shift fork #2 (C) with the 3rd pinion
gear 6 on the main axle.
6. Install:
Transmission assembly 1
To left crankcase 2.
NOTE:
Apply the engine oil on the bearings and guide
bars.
7. Check:
Shifter operation
Transmission operation
Unsmooth operation → Repair.

HINWEIS:
Molybdändisulfidöl auf die Schalt-
gabel-Führungsnuten auftragen.
Die Schaltgabel 1 (L) muss sich
mit der Führungsnut des Zahn-
rads
5 für den 4. Gang und die
Schaltgabel 3 (R) mit der Füh-
rungsnut des Zahnrads
7 für den
5. Gang auf der Getriebe-Aus-
gangswelle im Eingriff befinden.
Die Schaltgabel 2 (M) muss sich
mit der Führungsnut des Ritzels
6
für den 3. Gang auf der Getriebe-
Eingangswelle im Eingriff befin-
den.
6. Montieren:
Getriebe komplett

HINWEIS:
Motoröl auf die Lager und Führungs-
stangen auftragen.

Sur l’arbre primaire et l’arbre
secondaire.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur les gorges des four-
chettes de sélection.
Engrener la fourchette de sélection
n°1 (G) avec le pignon de 4ème 5 et
la fourchette n°3 (D) avec le pignon de
5ème 7 de l’arbre secondaire.
Engrener la fourchette n°2 (C) avec le
pignon de 3ème 6 de l’arbre princi-
pal.
6. Monter:
Boîte de vitesses complète 1
Sur le carter moteur gauche 2.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur les rou-
lements et les barres de guidage.
7. Contrôler:
Fonctionnement du sélecteur
Fonctionnement de la boîte de
vitesses
Fonctionnement irrégulier →
Remplacer.5. Installare:
Forcella del cambio 1 (S) 1
Forcella del cambio 2 (C) 2
Forcella del cambio 3 (D) 3
Camma del cambio 4
Su asse principale e asse condut-
tore.
NOTA:
Applicare l’olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulle scanalature della forcella
del cambio.
Ingranare la forcella del cambio n. 1
(S) con il 4° ingranaggio della ruota
5 e la n. 3 (D) con il 5° ingranaggio
della ruota 7 sull’asse conduttore.
Ingranare la forcella del cambio n. 2
(C) con il 3° pignone 6 sull’asse prin-
cipale.
6. Installare:
Gruppo trasmissione 1
Sul carter sinistro 2.
NOTA:
Applicare l’olio motore sui cuscinetti e
sulle barre della guida.
7. Controllare:
Funzionamento del cambio
Funzionamento della trasmis-
sione

Riparare.
