After a few seconds, the “CAU-
TION” screen w ill be displayed.
Selecting “I Agree”, the caution
screen switches to the next screen.
This system reminds users when to
replace certain parts or compo-
nents on the screen.
When the vehicle reaches a previ-
ously set driving distance or date,
the maintenance remainder screen
will be displayed when the system
is turned on.
 To register maintenance informa-
tion: P. 3 8
If the touch screens become unre-
sponsive during operation or if any
other system error occurs, the sys-
tem can be restarted.
1 Press and hold the “VOLUME”
knob for 10 seconds or longer.Initial screen
When the engine switch is
changed to ACC or ON, the ini-
tial screen will be displayed
and the system will begin oper-
ating.

finger.

This system is operated mainly
by the buttons on the screen.
(Referred to as screen buttons
in this manual.)
When a screen button is
touched, a tone sounds. The
tone sound can be adjusted.

finger away from the screen and then touch it again.
●Dimmed screen buttons cannot be operated.
●The displayed image may become darker and moving images may be
slightly distorted when the screen is
cold.
●When it is extremely cold, screens
may not be displayed properly and the data input by a user may be deleted.
Also, the screen buttons may not
operate correctly.
●When is displayed on the screen,
select to return to the previous
screen.
●If the touch screen is operated while
wearing gloves, it may be unrespon-
sive or may not function properly.
Shortcut icons for various functions
can be added to the home screen
when the home screen shortcut
function is turned on. ( P. 2 9 )
1 Press the button.
2 Select “Add Shortcut”.
3 Select the desired function.
4 Select the desired shortcut func-
tion.
 Depending on the function,
select other items and enter nec-
essary information.
5 Check that the shortcut icon is
displayed on the home screen.
●When shortcuts are added, the home
screen can be expanded to up to 3
pages. The page can be changed by swiping.
Users can rearrange the home
screen buttons when the home
screen shortcut function is turned
on. ( P. 2 9 )

●To prevent damaging the screen, lightly touch the screen buttons with
your finger.
●Do not use objects other than your
finger to touch the screen.
●Wipe off fingerprints using a glass
cleaning cloth. Do not use chemical
cleaners to clean the screen, as they may damage the touch screen.

 User can move buttons to
another page by dragging them
to the corresponding end of the
screen if the number of buttons
allows for multiple pages.
3 Press the button to leave
the edit mode.

swipe gesture.

vious page.
This indicates the displayed
screen’s position.
Faster scrolling is possible by
dragging the position indicator.
Some lists contain character
screen buttons which allow
users to jump directly to list
entries that begin with the same
letter as the character screen
button.
Every time the same character
screen button is selected, the
list starting with the subsequent
character is displayed.
The brightness of the screen can
be adjusted.
