Repositioning of the second row rear seats
To reposition the rear seat, push the seat backwards
as shown in fig. 6 and secure it (when it clicks into
place, this indicates correct positioning).Repositioning the backrest
To bring the backrest back to normal usage position,
lift lever B fig. 7 and then raise the backrest until
vertical engagement position is reached.
IMPORTANT It is advisable to follow the procedures
described above, operating from outside the car.
WARNING
If there are any passengers sitting on the
third row seats, the second row rear seat
must be correctly anchored to the floor and the
backrest must be in vertical position.

WARNING
Make sure the backrest is properly
secured at both sides to prevent it
moving forward in the event of sharp braking,
with possible impact with the occupants. A
metallic click is heard when locking is correct .
THIRD ROW SEAT BACKREST FOLDING
Proceed as follows:
❒completely lower the third row rear seat head
restraints;
❒move the seat belts to the side, making sure that
they are correctly extended and not twisted;
❒pull upwards device A fig. 8 to fold the left or right
seat backrest. The backrest will be automatically
folded forwards. If necessary, accompany the
backrest during the initial stage of folding.The load compartment capacity increases when the
seat backrests are folded.
Before tilting the seat backrest fully,
remove any objects laid on it .
WARNING
Do not move the seat when a child is
sitting in the car.

THIRD ROW SEAT BACKREST
REPOSITIONING
Pull toward yourself devices A fig. 9 located behind
the rear seat backrests to reposition the seat
backrests.
IMPORTANT Before moving the backrests, make
sure that covers B are completely folded on the
backrest rear part.
IMPORTANT Do not move the third row seats
before removing the curtain (see "Curtain removal"
in paragraph "Luggage compartment").
WARNING
Make sure the backrests are properly
secured at both sides to prevent them
from moving forward, in the event of sharp
braking, with possible impact with the
occupants. A metallic click is heard when locking
is correct .
BOTTLE/CAN HOLDER COMPARTMENT
It is located between the third row rear seats fig. 10.

INTERIOR FITTINGSLUGGAGE COMPARTMENT POWER
SOCKET
(7-seater versions)
It is located on the left side of the luggage
compartment, next to the sliding curtain fig. 11.
The electrical socket only works with the ignition key
at MAR-ON.
IMPORTANT Do not connect devices with power
higher than 180 W to the socket. Do not damage the
socket by using unsuitable adaptors.
LUGGAGE COMPARTMENTLUGGAGE-COVERING CURTAIN
Luggage-covering curtain A fig. 12 can be rolled up
and removed.
Do not place heavy objects on the curtain
to prevent damaging it .
WARNING
In the event of an accident or sharp
braking, any object placed on the curtain
may be projected backwards in the passenger
compar tment , and risk to hur t the occupants.

Curtain rolling up
To roll up the curtain, grab handle C fig. 12 and then
release pins B fig. 13 (one for each side) from their
seats. Then ease the curtain towards the front part
of the luggage compartment.
Curtain removal
To remove the curtain, roll it up, then pull the two
hooks A fig. 14 (one for each side) towards the inside
of the luggage compartment (as indicated by the
arrow).
Then raise the curtain upwards and remove it.
Curtain positioning
7-seater versions
The curtain can only be removed with the third row
seats folded.After the curtain has been removed, place it behind
the backrest of the third row rear seats, fitting it in
seats B fig. 15.

If, after change of a wheel, the room between the
backrest of the seats and the tailgate is filled by the
punctured tyre, the curtain must be placed before
the rear seats of the second row.

Object-covering curtains
Two object-covering curtains are present on the
front part of the luggage-covering curtain.
To use the curtains pull tabs A fig. 16 outwards and
engage them with the rear seat head restraint
supports, as shown in the figure.
SEAT BELTSUSE OF THE SEAT BELTS FOR THE THIRD
ROW REAR SEATS
The third row rear seats (for versions/markets,
where provided) are also equipped with inertia seat
belts with three anchor points and a retractor.
Wear the rear seat belts as shown in fig. 17.

WARNING
Remember that in the event of a violent
impact the rear seat passengers not
wearing seat belts are exposed to a very serious
risk and also represent a serious danger for the
front seat occupants.
IMPORTANT When putting the rear seat back in its
normal position, after folding, make sure that the seat
belt is positioned correctly, so that it is not pinched
(and therefore damaged).
FITTING "UNIVERSAL" CHILD
RESTRAINT SYSTEMS
(with safety belts)Only forward facing child restraint systems in Group
1, 2, 3 can be fitted on the third row of rear seats.
GROUP 1
WARNING
The figure is indicative and for assembly
purposes only. Install the child restraint
system according to the instructions, which are
compulsorily included with this type of restraint
system.
From 9 to 18 kg of weight, children may be carried
facing forward fig. 18.

GROUP 2
WARNING
The figure is indicative and for assembly
purposes only. Install the child restraint
system according to the instructions, which are
compulsorily included with this type of restraint
system.
Children from 15 to 25 kg may use the car safety
belts directly fig. 19.
In this case, the child restraint system is needed only
to position the child correctly with respect to the
safety belts, so that the diagonal section of the safety
belt crosses the child’s chest and never the neck, and
the horizontal section of the safety belt is snug on
the pelvis, not the abdomen.GROUP 3
WARNING
The figure is indicative and for assembly
purposes only. Install the child restraint
system according to the instructions, which are
compulsorily included with this type of restraint
system.
For children from 22 kg up to 36 kg suitable child
restraint systems make fastening the safety belt
easier.
The fig. 20 figure shows the correct child restraint
system positioning on the rear seat.
Children over 1.50 m in height can wear safety belts
like adults.

"Fix&Go Automatic" KITIt is located in the luggage compartment in a
dedicated bag fig. 21 (5-seater versions) or fig. 22
(7-seater versions).The kit includes:
❒a cylinder A fig. 23 containing sealer and fitted
with:
❒filling pipe B;
❒sticker C bearing the notice “max. 80 km/h”, to be
placed in a position visible to the driver (on the
instrument panel) after fixing the tyre;
❒a compressor D including a pressure gauge and
connections, found in the compartment;
❒instruction booklet (see fig. 24), to be used for
prompt and correct use of the kit and then to be
handed to the personnel charged with handling the
treated tyre;
❒a pair of protective gloves located in the side
compartment of the compressor;
❒adaptors for inflating different elements.
