Filling
1. Refer to: Radiator Splash Shield (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).
2. Lower the vehicle.

Carry out the procedure up to step 1 in the filling section three times,
filling the cooling system with clean water at the first two drains. At the
third refill, use a suitable measuring tool to make sure that the cooling
system maintains a 50% mix.

Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
1. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, General Procedures).
2. Using a syringe, remove the cooling fluid from the expansion tank.
3. CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the
component.
Torque: 7 Nm
