WATER IN DIESEL FUEL FILTER (Multijet versions)
The warning light on the dial turns on (together with the message on
the display) when there is water in the diesel fuel filter.

The presence of water in the fuel circuit may cause serious damage to the entire injection system
and cause irregular engine operation. If the warning light con the dial turns on, (or, on certain
versions, a dedicated message is shown on the reconfigurable multifunction display), contact
Lancia Dealership as soon as possible to have the system relieved. If the above indications come
on immediately after refuelling, water has probably been poured into the tank: turn the engine off
immediately and contact Lancia Dealership.

GLOW PLUGS (Multijet versions)
Turning the ignition key to MAR, the warning light on the dial comes
on and goes off when glow plugs reach the preset temperature. Start
the engine immediately after warning light switching off.
IMPORTANT With high ambient temperature, warning light stays on
for very short time. amber

ASR - Wheel Antiskid System (amber)
Messages are displayed when the ASR function is
activated/deactivated manually.
ASR system switching off is indicated by the switching on of the ASR
button led.
BRAKE PAD WEAR (where provided)
The warning light on the dial turns on if the front brake pads are
worn; in this case have them changed as soon as possible.
On certain versions the dedicated message is displayed.

GLOW FLAT TYRE WARNING LIGHT (where provided)
The instrument panel warning light comes on (together with the
dedicated message on the display and the buzzer), when the pressure
of one of more tyres falls below the preset threshold. In this way the
T.P.M.S. system will warn the driver that there is/are tyre/s
dangerously flat (risk of punctured tyre/s).
IMPORTANT If a tyre is punctured, stop immediately to safeguard car
driveability. Avoid sharp braking and steering. Replace immediately
the punctured tyre with the space-saver spare wheel (where provided)
or repair the punctured tyre using the kit provided for the purpose
(see section “In an emergency”) and contact Lancia Dealership as
soon as possible.

The instrument panel warning light will come on (together with the
message on multifunction display and the buzzer) to indicate clutch
overheating when using the Dual FuNction System gearbox.
When the car is parked facing uphill, to safeguard clutch efficiency do not use the accelerator to
keep the car still since clutch overheating could damage it. Use the brake pedal and press the
accelerator pedal only when deciding to move off.
