Vor dem Ausbau des Kolbenbol-
zens den Bereich der Sicherungs-
ring-Nut und des
Kolbenbolzenauges entgraten.
Läßt sich der Kolbenbolzen auch
danach nur schwer lösen, den Kol-
benbolzen-Abzieher
4 verwen-
den.
ACHTUNG:
Den Kolbenbolzen unter keinen
Umständen mit einem Hammer
austreiben.
2. Demontieren:

HINWEIS:
Wie in der Abbildung gezeigt, die
Ringenden spreizen und dabei den
Kolbenring hochschieben.

KONTROLLE
Zylinder und Kolben
1. Kontrollieren:
Zylinder und Kolbenhemd
In Laufrichtung riefig
→ Zylin-
der und Kolben erneuern.
2. Messen:
Kolben-Laufspiel
Arbeitsvorgang:
1. Schritt:
Die Zylinderbohrung “C” mit
einer Innenmeßschraube mes-
sen.
HINWEIS:
Die Zylinderbohrung “C” sowohl
parallel als auch im rechten Win-
kel zur Kurbelwelle messen.
Anschließend den Durchschnitt
der gemessenen Werte ermitteln.
POINTS DE DEPOSE
Piston et segment
1. Déposer:
Agrafe d’axe de piston 1
Axe de piston 2
Piston 3
N.B.:
Placer des repères d’identification sur
chaque tête de piston comme référence
pour la repose.
Avant de retirer chaque axe de piston,
ébavurer la gorge de l’agrafe et le
pourtour du trou de l’axe. Si la gorge
de l’axe de piston est ébavurée et que
l’axe du piston reste difficile à déga-
ger, utiliser l’extracteur d’axe de pis-
ton 4.
ATTENTION:
Ne pas employer de marteau pour
chasser l’axe de piston.
2. Déposer:
Segment de piston 1
N.B.:
Ecarter les coupes du segment tout en
soulevant le segment de piston par des-
sus la calotte du piston, comme illustré.

CONTROLE
Cylindre et piston
1. Contrôler:
Parois du cylindre et du piston
Rayures verticales → Remplacer
le cylindre et le piston.
2. Mesurer:
Jeu entre piston et cylindre
Etapes de la mesure:
1ère étape:
Mesurer l’alésage de cylindre “C”
à l’aide d’un comparateur à cadran
pour cylindre.
N.B.:
Mesurer l’alésage du cylindre “C”
parallèlement et perpendiculairement
à l’arbre à cames. Calculer ensuite la
moyenne de ces mesures.

NOTA:
Posizionare i segni di identificazione
sulla testa di ogni pistone come riferi-
mento durante la reinstallazione.
Prima di rimuovere ogni spinotto, sba-
vare l’area della scanalatura del fermo
e del foro dello spinotto. Se risulta
ancora difficile rimuovere lo spinotto
dopo aver sbavato la scanalatura, uti-
lizzare il kit estrattore dello spinotto

ATTENZIONE:
Non utilizzare un martello per far
uscire lo spinotto.
2. Togliere:
Fascia elastica del pistone 1
NOTA:
Divaricare le luci fra le estremità e solle-
vare contemporaneamente la fascia ela-
stica del pistone al di sopra della parte
superiore della corona del pistone, come
indicato in figura.

1. Controllare:
Pareti del cilindro e del pistone
Graffi verticali → Sostituire il
cilindro e il pistone.
2. Misurare:
Gioco tra cilindro e pistone
Operazioni per la misurazione:
Prima fase:
Misurare il foro cilindro “C” con
l’apposito calibro.
NOTA:
Misurare il foro cilindro “C” paralle-
lamente e sugli angoli destri
dell’albero motore. Quindi, calcolare
la media delle misure.

Clean carbon from the piston ring grooves and
rings before measuring the side clearance.

points to the exhaust side of the engine.
Before installing the piston pin clip, cover the
crankcase with a clean rag to prevent the
piston pin clip from falling into the crankcase.
Install the piston pin clips with their ends fac-
ing downward.

ringe so einbauen, daß deren
Enden nach unten gerichtet sind.

3. Monter:

Agrafe d’axe de piston 3
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur l’axe
de piston et le piston.
Contrôler que la flèche
a du piston
pointe vers le côté échappement du
moteur.
Avant de monter l’agrafe d’axe de pis-
ton, couvrir le carter d’un chiffon pro-
pre pour éviter que l’agrafe ne tombe
dans la cavité du carter.
Monter les agrafes d’axes de pistons
extrémités vers le bas.

N.B.:
Appliquer une généreuse couche d’huile
moteur.
2. Monter:
Goujon 1
Joint torique 2
N.B.:
Appliquer de la graisse à savon de
lithium sur le joint torique.

Sfalsare le luci fra le estremità
delle fasce elastiche come indi-
cato in figura.

3. Installare:
Pistone 1
Spinotto 2
Fermo spinotto 3
NOTA:
Applicare olio motore sullo spinotto e
sul pistone.
Accertarsi che la freccia
a sul pistone
sia rivolta verso il lato di scarico del
motore.
Prima di installare il fermo dello spi-
notto, coprire il carter con un panno
pulito per evitare che il fermo cada nel
carter.
Installare i fermi spinotto con le estre-
mità rivolte verso il basso.

1. Lubrificare:

Fascia elastica del pistone
Cilindro
NOTA:
Applicare uno strato abbondante di olio
motore.
2. Installare:
Grano di centraggio 1
Guarnizione circolare 2
NOTA:
Applicare il grasso a base di sapone di
litio sulla guarnizione circolare.

NOTE:
Install the cylinder with one hand while com-
pressing the piston rings with the other hand.
CAUTION:
Pass the timing chain 3 through the tim-
ing chain cavity.
Be careful not to damage the timing chain
guide 4 during installation.
4. Install:
Bolt (cylinder) 5
T R..10 Nm (1.0 m · kg, 7.2 ft · lb)
