b. w/ Multi-display:
Remove the 2 bolts.
c. w/ Multi-display:
Disengage the 2 clips and 4 claws.
d. Disconnect the connector and remove the radio receiver assembl
y with bracket.

5.SHIP MODE CONFIRMATION
a. See the back side of the radio receiver assy and check that the window provided for mode checking
is red.

6.REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSY
a. Remove the 4 screws and 2 brackets from the radio receiver assembly.

7.INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY W/BRACKET
a. Make sure that the battery negative terminal is disconnected.
b. Connect the connector.
c. Install the radio receiver assembly with the 2 bolts.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1.SHIP MODE SETTING (See REPLACEMENT )
2.REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER CENTER (See step 26 on

3.REMOVE PANEL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH LOWER (See step 27 on
REPLACEMENT
)
4.REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY W/BRACKET (See REPLACEMENT
)
5.SHIP MODE CONFIRMATION (See REPLACEMENT
)
6.REMOVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SWITCH ASSY
a. Disengage the 2 claws.
b. Disconnect the connector and remove the temperature control switch assembly.
c. Perform the same procedure on the other side.

7.REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY CENTER
a. Remove the 4 bolts.
b.Disengage the 4 clips.

c. Disconnect the connector and remove the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assy center.

8.REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY
a. Remove the 4 screws and multi-display.
HINT:
After the replacement, perform the screen noise automatic adjustment when screen noise occurs (see
SCREEN NOISE AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT
).

5.REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSY RH (See step 22 on
OVERHAUL
)
6.REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU W/BRACKET
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and navigation ECU with bracket.

7.REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU
a. Remove the 2 screws.

b. Remove the navigation ECU with bracket along the guide as shown in the illustration.
