The lamp illuminates when a door or the tailgate is opened. It goes off about 15 seconds after all doors and the tailgate are closed.However, the lamp goes off immediately with all doors and the tailgate closed in the follow-ing cases:•When the operation mode is put in ON.•When the central door lock function is used to lock the vehicle.•When the keyless operation key is used to lock the vehicle.•When the keyless operation function is used to lock the vehicle.
3-OFF ()
The lamp goes off regardless of whether a door or the tailgate is open or closed.

off automatically after approximately 30 min-utes.The lamps will illuminate again after theyautomatically go off if the power switch isoperated, if one of the doors or the tailgate isopened or closed, or if the keyless entry sys-tem or keyless operation system is operated.

1. Draw out the cover retracted by springand insert it in the mounting grooves (A).2. Remove the cover from the mountinggrooves, and the cover will be rolled backinto the retracted position.
There are two installation holes (B) for thecover.1. Move one of the sliders (C) toward theinside of the vehicle, and fit the tab (D)into the installation hole that is to be used.Move the opposite slider in the same fash-ion.
Bottle holder
CAUTION zDo not drink beverages while driving. This isdistracting and could
cause an accident.
zDrinks could be spilled by the vibration andjolts while driving. If the spilt drink is veryhot, you could be burnt.NOTE

2. After changing the position, gently shakethe entire cover to make sure it is securelyretained.1. Roll the cover into the retracted position.2. Move one of the sliders (C) toward theinside of the vehicle and lift it to removethe cover.
Refit the cover by performing the removalsteps in reverse.Gently shake the entire cover after fitting it tomake sure it is securely retained.

tain airbag was activated, any such itemcould be propelled away with great forceand could prevent the curtain airbag frominflating correctly. Hang clothes directlyon the coat hook (without using a hanger).Make sure there are no heavy or sharpobjects in the pockets of clothes that youhang on the coat hook.
